BOWA Welcomes Several New Industry Experts and Expands Executive Leadership Team

As a longtime leader in luxury residential construction, BOWA is thrilled to welcome several new experts to our growing team.

The additions include Cris Maina as Executive Vice President of BOWA’s Custom Division, where he will focus on operations, development, and strategic growth of the team. Cris is also a member of BOWA’s Executive Leadership Team. In addition, joining our team of Project Leaders, are Rob Lucas, Jennifer Keogh, and Arjay West, who will work closely with clients while guiding them through all phases of the design build process.

Cris brings with him 20 years of construction and real estate development experience. After receiving a degree in Business from the University of Maryland, Cris spent more than 15 years working in construction for a large home builder and developer. There, as a Director, he managed large teams and was responsible for the construction of several hundred homes per year. During that time, he also returned to school and obtained a law degree from American University in Washington, DC. He spent the last several years before joining BOWA working in development, which included the completion of several mid-rise multifamily projects.


Rob Lucas is rejoining BOWA as a Project Leader with our Custom Division. He spent the last ten years in commercial construction, most recently with Amazon, but before that, he was BOWA’s Senior Customer Service Manager. In that role, he enjoyed building trusting relationships with his clients and looks forward to applying his eight years of residential remodeling experience to help his clients achieve creative solutions that surpass expectations.


Jennifer Keogh is a Project Leader with BOWA’s Classic Design Build Division. She has more than 11 years of experience in all phases of the design build process, including five years running her own firm. Jennifer’s passion for the industry emerged in her early childhood as her father is also a builder, and over the years she has honed her design skills, particularly when it comes to CAD and 3D renderings. She thoroughly enjoys developing lasting relationships with her clients and helping them to visualize their future projects.


Arjay West is also a Project Leader with BOWA’s Classic Design Build Division. He brings with him over 35 years of experience in every facet of the remodeling industry. Before joining BOWA, Arjay founded and ran a home-building and remodeling company for 25 years. Throughout his career, he has taken on a multitude of projects, ranging from historical restorations to zero-energy homes. He is a recognized leader in green building practices and has won numerous awards for his projects.
