Glamorous Kitchen Renovation in Leesburg with New Laundry Room

Homeowner Challenge:

The owners of this gorgeous home in Leesburg wanted to update their kitchen, laundry, and powder room to match the level of sophistication of the rest of the house. They felt that this part of their home was dark and dated, and that it wasn’t suitable for entertaining their guests. While they wanted to add glamor to the space and make it more contemporary, functionality was equally as important to them.

The BOWA Solution:

To make the kitchen and surrounding area brighter and more welcoming, BOWA experts opened the space up to allow for as much natural light as possible. The kitchen now has dual islands to accommodate large gatherings, along with a butler’s pantry equipped with a coffee station. Along with updating the powder room on this floor, BOWA utilized the space at the front of the house to create a glamorous laundry room with an abundance of storage space. Additionally, the sitting area now has a gas fireplace that helps add to the overall luxurious feel. With help from interior designer, David Anthony Chenault, the homeowner was very involved in the design/selection process, and couldn’t be happier with the results!
