Elegant Condo Renovation in Washington, DC

Homeowner Challenge:

Following the purchase of this beautiful home in DC, these condo-dwellers needed a team of experienced professionals to guide them through an interior renovation. Without completely overhauling the existing unit, they wanted to incorporate new design elements and features to fill their new condo with elegance and charm. While the overall goal was to modernize and replace the more dated features, there were functional improvements to be made in addition to the cosmetic upgrades.

The BOWA Solution:

BOWA partnered with Michelle Tremont Boyd to achieve the elegant and sophisticated aesthetic the clients envisioned. The powder room, main living space, and primary suite were completely revamped, and the kitchen received a facelift with brand new appliances and countertops. All paint and flooring was refreshed, new light solutions were implemented, and the HVAC system was upgraded. These BOWA clients are so pleased with the way their home feels brand new following this condo renovation. Additionally, the overall design feels more in line with their style compared to when they initially purchased the unit.
