Traditional Condominium Renovation in Rosslyn, Virginia

Homeowner Challenge:

These returning BOWA client were transitioning to condominium living and wanted to recreate many of the comforts and details they appreciated in their existing home. They wanted to keep the existing contemporary kitchen and create an easy transition into their preferred traditional aesthetic.

The BOWA Solution:

BOWA added touches to the renovation that were fitting to the clients’ tastes. The half-wall that divided the kitchen and dining room was redesigned to blends the traditional and contemporary styles and create a flawless transition. Custom panels and chair rail moldings, fine details from their existing home, were added throughout the home to enhance the traditional look in the condo. Previously lacking privacy, double doors were installed to create a passage into the master bedroom and arch moldings were meticulously replicated to match. The final outcome was a beautiful, traditional condominium renovation.
