Responsibility Highlights:
- Responsible for Supervision, Training & Development of BOWA Production Employees
- Regular Communications with the Client to Ensure the Highest Level of Customer Satisfaction
- Problem-Solving Related to Complex Remodeling Challenges
- Manages Vendor/Subcontractor Relationships and Oversees Performance and Contracts
- Ultimate Accountability for Job Profitability, Safety & Security
- Works with VP of Production to Improve Processes
Key Requirements:
- 10+ Years Experience in Residential Construction Field Operations
- 5+ Years Experience Supervising Construction SOWs
- Experience in Managing, Training & Developing Teams
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Working Knowledge of Remodeling Trade Requirements & Quality Controls
- Knowledge of OSHA Regulations, First Aid & CPR
