Responsibility Highlights:
- Supervision, training, and development of production employees
- Regular communication with the client, answering questions and solving issues to ensure high satisfaction
- Manage vendor/subcontractor relationships
- Assist sales and design with pre-construction package preparation, ensuring projects are ready for a strong start
- Ultimate accountability for project profitability and jobsite safety, cleanliness, and security
- Works with the VP of Production on process improvements
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction field operations
- 5+ years at a supervisor level, with experience managing, training, and developing people
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of remodeling trades
- Working knowledge of OSHA, First Aid, and CPR
- Experience in Construction Quality Control
- Proficient in MS Office
