LISA MAGEE
BIO:

Lisa joined BOWA in 2016 as a Project Leader and brings with her over 20 years of experience in residential remodeling. Having grown up in East Detroit, Lisa attended Michigan State University where she earned a degree in Interior Design and interned at a few local firms. Upon graduation, she moved to DC for a job in design build residential construction, specializing in kitchens and baths in the District. With a keen eye for both design and the installation of building materials, Lisa is comfortable behind the drafting table as well as in the field at clients’ project sites and enjoys bringing together both the design and production aspects of her projects. Her commitment to going above-and-beyond in terms of customer service as well as her passion for design make Lisa a perfect fit for BOWA and our clients. Lisa belongs to NARI and ASID and her experience and dedication has won her many remodeling industry awards, including Professional Remodeler 40 under 40 and multiple awards for outstanding kitchen designs in the DC Metro area. Lisa is very active in the community, as a volunteer at Horace Mann Elementary School in DC and member of both the DC Triathlon Club and the DC Spartans MSU Alumni Association. She lives in McLean Gardens, DC with her husband and their daughter, and they spend a lot of time outdoors, taking advantage of local parks, trails, museums and events. They love to travel when they have the opportunity and they stay active by swimming, biking and running. Lisa also loves wining and dining, cooking and baking in her spare time.
