BOWA’s On-Time Guarantee calls on the client to work in cooperation with the BOWA Builders Team to make timely decisions and fully prepare the project for efficient construction.

How Does The On-Time Guarantee Work?
From the beginning of the process, BOWA’s team works closely with the client to ensure that a complete, accurate set of plans, scope of work and budget are prepared and ready for construction. The client’s consistent involvement in and ability to meet deadlines during the development of the design package is critical to ensuring the project is poised for success.

Once the project moves into production, The BOWA Team continues to draw on our years of experience to keep construction running efficiently and on target. If modifications are being considered that will affect the schedule – positively or negatively – or if issues arise, it is our job to make sure the client has the necessary information to make educated decisions in a timely manner.

Assuming the client meets their obligations, BOWA will commit to doing its part in completing the project on time. BOWA formalizes this commitment with our On-Time Guarantee.

What Exactly is BOWA’s On-Time Guarantee?
In our On-Time Guarantee, BOWA Builders promises to achieve substantial completion by the agreed-upon delivery date. If BOWA is not able to meet this deadline, the client will receive airfare and up to one week’s accommodations at Exclusive Resorts^SM*, a leading luxury residence club. This guarantee is extended to all BOWA clients provided the client upholds their role in the partnership as outlined in the “BOWA Builders Partnership Agreement and Schedule Guarantee.”
