Job Summary:

• BOWA, an award-winning residential design/build remodeling company with more 20 years experience in the local marketplace, has an opening for an experienced Project Manager in the MD/DC/VA area.

Job Requirements:

• Supervision of jobsite safety, cleanliness, security and protection from damage during construction.
• Supervision of BOWA employees and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Production Manager, subcontractors, clients, and architects as necessary.
• Maintain daily and weekly schedules to ensure all facets of the project are moving on schedule.
• Schedule and oversee county project inspections.
• Manage project from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
• Efficiently and effectively resolve project issues.
• Have experience and expertise in varied high-end residential construction work.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
