The Ideal Candidate:

• thrives on listening to what clients want, coming up with the best solutions and exceeding expectations
• is responsible for the client’s entire design & construction experience
• can determine their own compensation potential
• will be backed by a solid team of construction/admin professionals

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be an expert in residential remodeling and construction
• Candidate must have strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and have good design sense
• Professional architect would be a plus
• The right candidate must also possess excellent listening skills, a high level of optimism, focused on results, self-discipline, assertiveness, and a desire to exceed client expectations
• Candidate must be highly motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and work closely with the design and production team
